About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive, Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Transforce Beltal inc. in Quebec City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising regular customers, processing quotes, closing sales, and providing quality customer and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quotes according to customer needs, ensuring all parameters are obtained and product specifications are interpreted to identify comparative products.
  • Follow up on quotes and close sales, identifying reasons for non-conversion and ensuring statuses are up to date in the system.
  • Process orders for production, performing order entry into the system, transferring to purchases, and sending confirmations to customers.
  • Maintain client records, adding relevant notes on orders, product BOMs, requests, and customer interactions.
  • Provide quality customer and after-sales service, responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and following up on overdue orders.
  • Collaborate with other team members, working closely with the Territory Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively present the company's offerings.
Requirements
  • College diploma in administration and/or mechanical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of industrial mechanics and conveyor belts.
  • Ease in using computer systems, ERP, and CRM environment.
  • Excellent people skills, patience, and calmness.
  • Curiosity to learn, sense of organization, methodical, initiative, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work on multiple files at the same time and priority management.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) essential for speaking and writing.
