Account Executive, Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive, Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Transforce Beltal inc. in Dunham, QC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising regular customers, processing quotes, closing sales, and providing quality customer and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities- Quote Processing: Produce quotes according to customer needs, ensuring all parameters of customer product and facility needs are obtained.
- Sales Follow-up: Follow up on quotes to close sales, identifying reasons for non-conversion and ensuring statuses of quotes/orders are up to date in the system.
- Order Processing: Perform order entry into the system, ensure transfer to purchases, and send confirmations to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide quick and accurate answers to customer questions, be patient and courteous to unhappy customers, and find solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Territory Manager to ensure customers are satisfied and sales are successfully closed, communicate with various departments to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Education: College diploma in administration and/or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and customer service.
- Skills: Knowledge of industrial mechanics, conveyor belts, computer systems, ERP and CRM environment, mathematical calculations, and mechanical sense.
- Language: Bilingualism essential, speaking and writing in English and French.
