About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive, Inside Sales and Customer Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in internal sales of technical products to manufacturing companies
- Excellent listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
