Hill Top Motel & Restaurant seeks a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Own transportation
