Hill Top Motel & Restaurant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Own transportation
  • Attention to detail, client focus, dependability, flexibility, and reliability
