Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Assist guests with special needs
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Own transportation
  • Attention to detail, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, and reliability
