Business Development and Sales Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Sales Strategist to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed team targets, providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting progress to management.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance through the CRM system, offering tailored signage solutions that align with clients' branding and operational goals.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to meet client expectations, coordinating with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architectural design, structural design, construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in generating and closing new business.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, with familiarity with design tools an asset.
• Experience working with national accounts and large-scale projects, familiarity with design elements related to signage, media, or architectural solutions.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The JD Sign Group offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
