Job Description:

The Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Strategist - Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our strategic accounts by driving growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual who can take an active role in campaigns and business-building initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • This includes executing individualized/segmented account engagement plans for driving growth and adoption of Lone Wolf solutions within assigned territories.
  • A strong product knowledge surrounding the adoption and usage of Lone Wolf core products is essential.
  • You will work with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and maintain regular contact to identify and address business needs and challenges.
  • This role also involves coordinating the involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives and expectations, escalating issues when necessary.
  • You will manage renewal activities for contracted customers and prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure established targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • A successful candidate should be able to use product and industry knowledge to help fill customer knowledge gaps, guide customers to the use of help resources, and reduce support dependency.
Requirements:
  • To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5+ years working within a customer-facing account management, customer success or sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environment.
  • A proven success in a competitive or goal-oriented work environment is crucial, along with a focus on advocating for the customer.
  • You should possess strong listening and communication skills, ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift, and efficient problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong time management and organizational skills, ability to successfully manage/execute multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy are also required.
Benefits:
