**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team at Vintage Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to our guests.
  • Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
  • Conduct regular room checks and ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our room types, packages, and amenities.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient guest room availability.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing mail for postage and maintaining accurate records.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
