Job Summary:

Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to our guests.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
  • Check out guests on a regular basis and ensure a smooth departure process.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room types, packages, and room locations to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure up-to-date guest room availability.
  • Perform office duties such as preparing mail for postage, performing routine cash handling procedures, and maintaining keys for rooms.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to the hotel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
