Mental Health Team Lead

A comprehensive mental health program seeks a dedicated team lead to coordinate daily operations and ensure optimal service delivery. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting rehabilitation and recovery for individuals with acute/episodic mental illness and substance use disorders.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of CAD $53.27 - $66.54 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job Description
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, and supervising designated clinical staff. Your expertise will inform the development of joint care plans, and you will provide clinical consultation, coaching, and instruction to support staff in resolving complex clinical issues. Additionally, you will maintain referral logs, waitlist systems, and client records while promoting knowledge exchange and empowering clients and their natural supports to connect within their communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will require a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field, as well as four years of relevant experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience and clinical experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice. You must also possess eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association and a valid B.C. Driver's license.
