Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Lead Staff: Oversee and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and make sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Retail business environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
