About the Role

Husky is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Authorize Payments: Process payments and authorize returns of merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure that stock levels are optimal and that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
