Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Karnoor Enterprises Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals who embody our company values.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payment requests to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with our company's return policy.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
