About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sewak's Independent. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
