Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Squamish Shell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing, and that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Merchandise Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and that stock levels are maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
