Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Relevant work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
