**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process and balance cash, cheque and credit card payments and all related duties.
- Perform general office tasks including typing, filing and photocopying as required.
- Perform ice and recreation facility scheduling and scheduling software updates.
- Perform Fire billing.
- Perform event bookings, organization of and overseeing event set up and menu selections, creating event contracts, ordering and organization of linens, Pepsi products and other products as needed for events.
- Perform website updates and City Social Media posts/events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups and ice user groups.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Management team.
- Provide other job-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Office Education and/or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- High level of computer literacy specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe and Graphic Design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience and comfortable working in a public sector environment.
- Accounting education and experience, an asset.
- Experience with Vadim Software, an asset.
