Job Description:

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join Friends Investments Limited as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures by maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner to ensure seamless communication
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately to ensure timely response to inquiries
  • Respond to electronic enquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations for future growth and development
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure financial integrity
