Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Conditions:
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Handling heavy loads and standing for long periods
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
