We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PAYLOW SMOKES & CIGARS INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, and maintenance.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
