Retail Store Manager

Brooks Grocery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
