Retail Store Manager

Brooks Grocery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
As a Retail Store Supervisor with Brooks Grocery, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
