We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PAYLOW SMOKES & CIGARS INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
