We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Relative Gravity Limited. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, apprentices, and design team members.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and oversee inventory management to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
