We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Relative Gravity Limited. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Sales and MerchandisingAssign sales staff to duties, manage inventory levels, and oversee the ordering and return of merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
Operations and AdministrationAuthorize payments, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance ManagementConduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours35 to 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
