We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Chanian Transport. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, documents and other materials to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
