We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2727442 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.

  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
