Job Summary

MFR Technologies is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, time management, flexibility, organized, reliability, and attention to detail.
