Cotta Food Bar is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food on a regular basis, as well as for special guests or functions. Your expertise in Italian cuisine will be a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
