Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at EP Foods Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
