About the Position

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our Home Health Services team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, leadership, education, and consultation to staff and clients in our designated clinical area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and leadership in evidence-based practice for the designated clinical area.
  • Role model and demonstrate direct client care skills to staff, ensuring compliance with standards of practice.
  • Develop and revise delegation of task procedures, leading to the implementation and evaluation of delegation of task functions.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise education, orientation, and professional development programs for staff.
  • Identify available resources to assist in the management and/or coordination of complex client/family health issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Three (3) years' recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year experience in an educational/leadership role.
  • Valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
