Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role: As a mental health nurse leader, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide care and support to individuals with complex mental health challenges. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
