Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Fraser Health.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to provide leadership and guidance to designated staff in a community health setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the provision of home support services, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to clients.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on employee performance, determining training and orientation requirements as needed.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the needs of clients, adhering to competency guidelines and established standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development and modification of client care plans, attending interdisciplinary team meetings and providing feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including progress reports, observations, and client charting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Graduation from an approved school in Practical Nursing.
- Two years' recent, related clinical and/or supervisory experience in a community health setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- A valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $112,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, life insurance, and retirement savings.
