About the Role

The Nurse Care Leader will be a key member of our care team, responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents.

Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an approved program, with current licensure as an RN or RPN.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, along with relevant experience in long-term care.
  • Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification and CPR, with successful completion of annual Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) competency testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental coverage, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
