Head of Sales Enablement

Manulife Financial is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales enablement efforts. As Head of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to empower our sales team to achieve their objectives and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and growth.
- Support the implementation and continuous monitoring of our distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive distribution growth across the Enterprise.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive firm and advisor segmentation strategy.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with deep knowledge of Individual Insurance and Investment products and sales strategies.
- CFP, CLU, CHFC, CHS designations are an asset.
- Proficiency in change leadership and implementation skills.
