Job Title: Head of Sales Enablement

Manulife Financial is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative sales enablement strategies. As the Head of Sales Enablement, you will empower our sales team to achieve their objectives and performance targets by leveraging sales performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales processes and strategies, and analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  2. Support the implementation and continuous monitoring of the distribution strategy, offering recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  3. Act as the primary representative for Distribution in committees and initiatives, ensuring their needs and perspectives are effectively communicated and considered.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective readiness for distribution partners, advisors, and the sales team.
  5. Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of a comprehensive firm and advisor segmentation strategy for GIP, Insurance, and Vitality.
Requirements:
  1. 10 to 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with deep knowledge of Individual Insurance and Investment products and sales strategies.
  2. CFP, CLU, CHFC, CHS designations are an asset.
  3. Excellent understanding of Manulife insurance products, concepts, administration, systems, and value proposition.
  4. In-depth understanding of the Canadian insurance competitive environment.
  5. Strong understanding of distribution and the advisor experience.
  6. Proven ability to negotiate and influence effectively throughout the organization.
  7. Proficiency in change leadership and implementation skills.
