Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving individual and business growth by building capability within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and actively manage learning offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Learning Needs: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and operations to identify learning and development needs that support our company's strategy.
- Design and Develop Learning Experiences: Partner with subject matter experts to design and develop blended learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.
- Facilitate Learning Solutions: Deliver training programs and workshops to employees, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendors and suppliers to develop proposals and oversee their work, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
- Track and Report Training Activities: Monitor and report on training activities, including attendance, engagement, completion rates, success rates, and budget.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing blended learning solutions for adults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in adult learning or a related field.
- Advanced facilitation skills, preferably in an e-learning model.
