**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Instructional Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support Services Office, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs and delivering presentations to a range of learners, including frontline staff, management, and executives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing and developing train-the-trainer and end-user training programs
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling instructional content
- Devising modes of assessment and interactions to ensure optimum efficacy and measurement of learning
- Organizing, sourcing, developing, and presenting content to support train-the-trainer initiatives
- Meeting with stakeholders to determine and manage learning objectives, content, and review cycle
- Working with the Manager, Learning & Development to develop training plans and work back schedules for large-scale projects
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and development, ideally in soft skills and/or leadership development
- Proficient with instructional design processes and tools
- Ability to write creatively and technically for a diverse group
- Eagerness to explore and learn new technologies that advance learning and development programming
- Experience managing end-to-end work projects
- University degree/certificate in Education, Adult Learning, or other relevant discipline
