Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Miller Paving Limited (HO). As the L&D Lead, you will drive individual and business growth by building capability within the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and actively manage learning offerings. By partnering with business leaders, HR, and operations, you will identify learning and development needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop blended learning experiences that support our company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between our training programs and other talent systems and initiatives.
- Work with vendors/suppliers, develop proposals, and oversee their work.
- Track and report on training activities, including attendance, engagement, completion rates, success rates, and budget.
- Manage training calendars, ensuring alignment with our business and learner needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing blended learning solutions for adults.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in adult learning.
- Advanced facilitation skills preferably in e-learning model.
