Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute blended learning solutions for adults, driving individual and business growth through capability building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and manage learning offerings, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and operations to design and develop learning experiences that support our company's objectives.
- Oversee training programs, tracking attendance, engagement, completion rates, success rates, and budget, ensuring effective talent development.
- Manage training calendars, ensuring alignment with our business and learner needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in developing and executing blended learning solutions for adults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in adult learning or a related field.
- Advanced facilitation skills, preferably in e-learning models.
