We are seeking an experienced Administrative Leader to join our team at Warieka Development Ltd. as an Office Manager.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient administrative procedures and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Manage administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures, supervising a small team (1-2 people).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years or more of experience in administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Office and electronic mail systems.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary estimated at around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits including:
