About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 1608017 Alberta Ltd. o/a Elite Mobility. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Research and Troubleshooting: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to client issues.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and internet support to clients in response to identified difficulties.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: The position involves sitting for extended periods, requiring good physical health and stamina.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
