Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Moncler Spa. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by providing expert advice and guidance to clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Dollar Transaction (ADT), Units per Transaction (UPT), and Data Capture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through active communication and effective client management.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship building.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

A competitive hourly rate range of CAD 19 to CAD 23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
