ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of the Senior Solution Sales Executive is to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. To accomplish this, the executive must develop a comprehensive territory business plan that generates a substantial pipeline of opportunities. The executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and positioning SAP's solutions to meet the needs of these customers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to design and implement programs that drive pipeline growth and close deals.
- Work with the Regional Business Development Manager to educate target accounts on SAP's solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead.
- Partner with the Business Development team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
- Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to CXOs.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, or Technology).
- Fluent in French.
- Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales products and solutions.
