About the Role:

ANINE BING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Montréal. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the ultimate ambassador for our brand, working closely with our in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and personalized service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a personal and unforgettable in-store experience for our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through active engagement with customers, goal-driven selling, and effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in fashion, styling, or retail sales, with a proven track record of sales performance and customer service excellence.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
