About the Role:
BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide technical support to clients and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
