We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Ontario Health, where we are dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of individuals and communities across the province.

About the Role:

The Senior Patient Experience Manager will be a key member of our Person Reported Measurement (PRM) team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies that improve patient and caregiver experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care and contribute to the advancement of person-centred care principles in Ontario's health system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of PRMs to capture caregiver experiences with palliative care and support the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community members, and caregivers, to gather insights and inform PRM development and implementation.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive positive change in the health system.
  • Work closely with clinical programs to design and implement evidence-based solutions that enhance patient and caregiver experiences.
  • Promote a culture of person-centred care throughout the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in public health, health sciences, social science, business/health administration, public policy, or a related field.
  • A master's degree in public health, health sciences, social sciences, business/health administration, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on patient-centred care, quality improvement, and project management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing large-scale projects that improve patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
