**The role**:
- Greet patients and visitors promptly with a welcoming attitude
- Support patients when they are signing in for appointments
- Ensure full compliance with established COVID-19 screening protocols including confirmation of completed pre-visit questionnaires, temperature checks, and handwashing/sanitizing for all patients, visitors, and staff
- Support patient flow by directing patients to various parts of the clinic
- Utilize Traffic Manager software (EMR) to sign in patients and track their activity
- Regularly ensure the entire centre is tidy, free of clutter, and organized
- Triage patient queries to the appropriate team member
- Escalate patient concerns to manager or appropriate coverage
- Work with various departments and teams in real-time, as required
- Maintain exam rooms and ensure patient washrooms are well stocked
- Invoice and collect payments for services, as required
- Receive incoming deliveries and facilitate contact tracing
- Assist with arranging to outgo deliveries
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
- 1 year's experience in a medical or fertility centre considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with EMR or CRM software, Accuro preferred
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and a high degree of discretion
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Time management and attention to detail
- Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Able to prioritize and seamlessly manage multiple tasks
- Has the ability to work in a busy clinic environment
**Working Conditions**:
- General office conditions
- Busy clinic environment
- Strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols
- Seven days a week operation - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
