Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Stallion Maintenance Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
  • Budget and Expenditure Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
